Based in Silverstream, Upper Hutt, New Zealand, I specialise in 'Home Made, Hand Crafted Celebration & Wedding Cakes'. All of my cakes are individually designed according to your personal requirements.

I was trained in England, and with over 25 years experience in Traditional Royal Icing, Soft Fondant Icing or Chocolate Coatings, Wellington Cakes really can make your Wedding Cake unique and personal to you, whether using Hand made sugar flowers for you to keep, Fresh flowers to match your bouquet, or an individual design that will bring a smile to your guests.

I not only make cakes for Birthdays, Engagements, Christenings, Anniversaries, Christmas, Valentine's day, but also can make a centre piece cake for your Companies Opening / Achievement or Company Christmas Party!
